The study seeks to shed light on administrative corruption in Algeria, by reviewing its reality, the causes of its spread, and its consequences for the economy and society, while highlighting Algeria's position in the world in fighting corruption through analyzing the data of the corruption perceptions index from transparency international between 2003 and 2020.

the study also highlights the importance of digital transformation as an effective tool in combating and preventing corruption, by creating a digital economic environment more transparent and fair in the use of public administration and public demand.
