تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين سياسة توزيع الأرباح وقرار الاستثمار باعتبارهما من أهم القرارات المالية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء عينة تتكون من 55 شركة مدرجة في مؤشر NASDAQ100 خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2010 إلى غاية 2019، وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد لبيانات البانل، وباستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية OLS.
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن سياسة توزيع الأرباح لها تأثير سلي على قرار الاستثمار، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لجميع المتغيرات الضابطة على قرار الاستثمار لعينة الدراسة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to know the nature of the relationship between dividend policy and the investment decision, which are regarded as the most important financial decisions.
to achieve the objective of the study; a sample of 55 corporations listed in NASDAQ100 were taken, dependeding on multiple linear regression model for the panel data, and using the OLS method.
the results of the study concluded that the dividend policy has a negative impact on the investment decision, in addition to significant effect of all the controlling variables on the investment decision of the studied companies.
