Abstract EN

The current study aims to reduce the level of Burnout among nurses working in mental health in Algiers, as well as the detection of the relationship of burnout to each of the variables: sex, marital status, age; (40) nurses in the interests of mental medicine in Algiers, based on the comparative descriptive approach, using the scale of Maslach and Jackson (1981).

The statistical methods in the arithmetic mean and the test "T" to measure differences, through )spss(, The study found the following results: - The level of Burnout is high among the sample of nurses working in mental health in Algiers.

- There are differences in the level of burnout in the sample of nurses working in mental health in Algiers in the sex variable in favor of males.

- There are no differences in the level of burnout in the sample of nurses working in the mental health according to the variable marital status; age variable.

La présente étude vise à évaluer le burnout chez le personnel infirmier travaillant dans les services psychiatriques d'Alger centre, ainsi la corrélation entre le burnout et les variables sexe, état matrimonial et l'âge entre la de Bournout et les variables de sexe, l'état matrimonial, l'âge, sur un échantillon composée de 40 infirmiers travaillant dans les services de psychiatrie Au niveau de la région centre d'Alger, Sur la base comparative En utilisant de mesures du burnout de Maslach et Jackson (1981); les différences mesurées à travers le ( t ) test, révèle les résultats suivants: - Un taux élevé des scores de l'échelle burnout d'infirmières travaillant dans les services psychiatriques d'Alger centre.
