The study focuses on the international conflict over the waters of the Nile, specifically the crisis of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which in recent years has sparked a great dispute between Ethiopia and Egypt, and thus the legal controls that govern the division of the international waters of the day and the Nile River in particular were shed light on, As well as the political aspects and the role of external parties in feeding this conflict, especially Israel, which has always been and still aspires to benefit from the waters of the rivers that flow into the Arab region, and to use water as a political pressure card to influence the decisions of some countries, especially Egypt and Sudan, and in light of the continuing crisis and the lack of access to the basin countries.

Nile to a final agreement that would satisfy all parties.

Some solutions were proposed in the technical and technical aspects, as well as interest in other sectors of a political, security and economic nature that would help solve water problems for these countries.
