This study aims to be aware of the legal difficulties facing the civil judge in repairing environmental damages, both from a procedural or substantive point of view, represented inthe ineffectiveness of the role of environmental associations in performing their judicial role before the civil judiciary and the failure of the legislator to adopt the principle of specialization in the field of environmental disputes, and the judge was unable to Civil estimation of compensation for environmental damage which is subject to special grounds.
