The general theory of contract has been characterized- for a long time-by constancy and stability.

But with the emergence of the consumption legislation and with the introduction of novel methods have disrupted the classical foundations of the general theory of contracts in general and the principle of autonomy of the will and its corollaries in particular in particular.

In this study, we try to demonstrate the influence of consumer law on the general theory of contracts.

La théorie générale du contrat s'est caractérisée pendant de longues périodes par la constance et la stabilité, mais avec l'émergence des législations relatives à la protection des consommateurs, et avec l'introduction des méthodes inédites ont perturbé les fondements classiques de la théorie générale des contrats en général, et le principe de l'autonomie de la volonté et ses corollaires en particulier.

Dans cette étude, on essaie de démontrer l'influence du droit de la consommation sur la théorie générale des contrats.
