This study aims to stand on the conceptual framework of renewable energies by highlighting the most important sources and characteristics, as well as the capabilities that Algeria possesses, in addition to the strategies adopted to develop the renewable energy sector through existing programs until 2030, as well as focusing on the reality of solar energy in Algeria.

proceeding from the capabilities that it possesses, while addressing the most important programs implemented in this field and what are the effects resulting from the exploitation of solar energy and the negatives of resorting to investing in this type of renewable energies.
