This study the subject of the effect of the performance of the staff in growth strategy of THP of Djelfa, the study aimed to highlight the extent of understanding of the concept of growth strategy, and knowledge of the relational relationship between expatriates, in order to address the problem of the study, we use the questionnaire for the purpose of data collection, where they were distributed to the study sample of the 55 employees.

and we've found the results of the study that staff performance don't the impact in growth strategy of the business the high hill tannery in Djelfa.
