Abstract EN

We aim through this study to identify the reality of the performance of research laboratories in the higher education sector, and is there proficiency in the quality of what these laboratories offer to the scientific and community research life, as well as to identify the obstacles to the performance of these research laboratories and their contribution to the improvement of university action, through a case study on08 laboratories of the Faculty of Humanities and social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf M'sila, and based on the method of qualitative analysis of the interview guide.

Where we reached a set of results, the most important of which is the ence of a strategy for the principle of scientific research for sustainable development, as well as the ence of laws regulating the process of partnership between the sectors of society and these laboratories.
