Abstract EN

this study aimed to identify the role of intellectual capital and its components (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) in improving the performance of workers in Algeria Telecom in mascara, this study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, where a random sample of 75 workers was selected in the institution, and the statistical pack age spss was relied on to process the data, (calculating frequencies, arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the answers of the sample members then rely on the simple regression method in order to test the hypotheses of the study.

- And this study found a statistically significant effect of the components of intellectual capital ( humane capital, structual capital, relational capital ) on the performance of workers at Algeria Telecom in Mascara, and the results of the study showed that there is a medium correlation with the various components of intellectual capital, where the strongest relationship was with relatinal capital then structural capital, and finally human capital
