This study came to explain the concept of fundamentalist borrowing of all kinds, revealing the sources of derivation in the science of jurisprudence, explaining its causes and controls, and clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of derivation in an attempt to root this critical concept in the science of jurisprudence.

The research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to rooting the concept of fundamentalist derivation.
