Judgment is one of the collective duties, and it is a project in Islamic jurisprudence with multiple evidences from the Qur'an, Sunnah and consensus, as people's everyday life is not upright without returning grievances to their owners.

The general legitimate purposes of the judiciary appear through the principles on which it is based, as they are represented in the realization of the truth, the nullification of falsehood, the fairness of the oppressed, giving everyone their rights, and restoring rights to their owners through an impartial and just judiciary that does not favour or have authority over it in order to achieve the interests of the people and society.

It is obvious how the judiciary plan is related to the origin of public order, and that this relation may reach the extent of organic interdependece, so the principles of judiciary in Islamic jurisprudence became the solid basis for preserving public order for the general public and Muslilms
