Abstract EN

this study aimed to identify, the impact of changing the organizational culture to improve the quality of education in the primary and middle educational institutions of Annaba.

in order to achieve the purpose of this study, i have questioned 67 teachers, where the questionnaire was considered as a tool to collect data and to process the information that appeared in the questionnaire by using the program of SPSS.

in order to know the extent of the impact of the independent variable (changing the organizational culture), on the dependent variable (quality of education).

where the study has approved that, there is a direct correlation statistically significant between changing the organizational culture and quality of education.
