Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the features needed by the manager in the management of human resources, and the extent of the impact of scientific training in the management of human resources for all managers within the same organization.

the analytical descriptive approach was used, and the study was carried out on a stratified random sample of 165 users, distributed as follows: 33 frameworks, 89 arbitrators and 43 implementing members.

the study concluded that there are similar mechanisms for most of the managers in the conduct of work and human resources in the company whenever the scientific training is in the field of tspecialization of the activity of the latter.
