يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة تأثير وفيات الرضع على الخصوبة اعتمادا على معطيات المسح العنقودي الجزائري السادس المنجز سنة 2019.
تمت الدراسة عبر تحليل الفروق بين طول المجال بين الولادات، متوسط عدد الأطفال المنجبين حسب مدة الزواج، احتمالات إكبار الأسرة وكذا استعمال موانع الحمل بالنظر لوجود وفيات أطفال رضع أو عدم وجودها.
وجدنا أن تأثير وفيات الرضع على الخصوبة إيجابي، أي إنه كلما زادت وفيات الرضع عند المرأة زادت خصوبتها ورغبتها في تعويض الخلفة المفقودة.
Abstract EN
This article aims to study the impact of infant mortality on fertility using the data of the sixth Algerian cluster survey carried out in 2019.
the study analyses the length of birth intervals, the average number of children by the duration of marriage, parity progression ratios and the use of contraception according to the presence / non presence of infant mortality.
the impact of infant mortality on fertility has been well confirmed, that is, the higher the infant mortality of a woman, the more her fertility and her desire to compensate the lost children increases.
