This study aims to identify the concept of social deviance in its broad sense in its application to any behavior that is not compatible with the expectations and standards that are known within the social system, as well as to identify the reasons behind young people committing this deviant behavior that puts them in the category of outlaws and society, and thus suggest appropriate solutions and remedial methods to eliminate or reduce this phenomenon and move away from deviation and its causes.

the study concluded that the abuse behavior is not a subjective characteristic of the behavior, but rather a characteristic that refers to an external evaluation level in which the judgment measures are mainly due to social criteria.
