Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reality of governance in the sports institution and ways to activate it and to identify the challenges and obstacles that prevent the application of governance in sports bodies in Algeria.

the descriptive analytical method was used to suit the nature of the problem.

the study was conducted on a sample of 40 individuals.

to collect data, we used the questionnaire and analyzed it through the statistical program SPSS.

the study concluded that the directorate of youth and sports of the state of Tebessa implements governance indicators through its basic pillars of participation and transparency.
