هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الإطارات النقابية في استراتيجيات اتخاذ القرار لدى المجلس الوطني المستقل لمستخدمي الأطوار الثلاثة للكناباست.
وظف المنهج الوصفي وتحليل المضمون كأداة للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، حيث قام الباحث بتحليل بيانات نقابة الكناباست في الفترة الممتدة من 2016 / 10 / 08 إلى غاية 2020 / 04 / 27 باعتبارها عينة البحث الرئيسية وذاك من خلال إنشاء استمارة تحليل المضمون.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نقابة الكناباست تلعب دورا أساسيا في الحياة المهنية للعمال في قطاع التربية، كما تساهم وبشكل كبير في تحسين الظروف المهنية والبيداغوجية التي تؤثر في الأداء الوظيفي للعمال.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to identify the role played by trade union frameworks in the decision making strategies of the independent national council for the three phase users of CNAPEST.
the descriptive method was employed to analyze the content as a tool to verify the hypotheses of the study, where the researcher analyzed the statement of the national council from 08 / 10 / 2016 until 27 / 04 / 2020 as the main research sample and that by establishing a content analysis form.
the study concluded that the knabast syndicate plays an essential role in the professional life of workers in the education sector, and also contributes significantly to improving the professional and educational conditions that affect the job performance of workers.
