Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the level of ambition among university students, through a sample of students from the Department of Social Sciences at the University Center Tipaza, and based on the descriptive analytical approach, the level of ambition scale was applied by “Mohammed Abdel-Tawab Moawad” and “Sayed Abdel Adhim Mohamed” (2005), which consists of 36 items.

The scale was applied to a sample of 109 students, 18 males and 91 females.

The statistical program (SPSS) analyzed the study data.

the researchers concluded that the study sample members have a high level of ambition, and it was also found that there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the degree of ambition level, and it was also found that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of ambition level due to the variable of academic specialization.

in the end, some recommendations and suggestions were presented to take care of the aspirations and goals of the university student.
