تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الولاء التنظيمي بأبعاده الثلاث (المعياري، العاطفي، المستمر) بين أساتذة التعليم الثانوي-بثانوية مفدي زكرياء بسكيكدة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والأقدمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استمارة تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 30 أستاذ وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء المعياري والمستمر تعزى لمتغير الجنس، في حين أكدت على وجود فروق في مستوى الولاء العاطفي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء العاطفي والولاء المعياري والولاء المستمر تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية.
Abstract EN
The study aims to reveal the differences in the level of organisation a loyalty with its three indicators (normative, emotional, constant) among teachers of secondary education-Moufdi Zakaria-Skikda-that are attributed to the variable of gender and seniority.
the results of this study shows that no differences in the level normative loyalty and constant due the gender variable, while confirmed that there is difference in the level emotional loyalty, normative loyalty, and constant due to the seniority variable.
