يساهم قطاع الصناعة التقليدية في إنعاش ودفع عجلة التنمية المحلية في كل دول العالم، ومنها الجزائر، فهي تخلق فرص العمل وتعمل على ترقية النشاط السياحي ورفع قيمة الناتج المحلي الخام.
وعرفت هذه المساهمة تطورا ملحوظا، غير أنها لا تزال دون المستوى المطلوب.

The handicraft sector has contributed to the revitalization and acceleration of local development in all countries of the world, including Algeria, as it creates job opportunities and works to promote tourism activity and raise the value of the gross domestic product.
this contribution witnessed remarkable development, but it is still below the required level.

Le secteur de l'artisanat a contribué à la dynamisation et à l'accélération du développement local dans tous les pays du monde, y compris l'Algérie, car il crée des opportunités d'emploi et travaille à promouvoir l'activité touristique et à augmenter la valeur du produit intérieur brut.
cette contribution a connu une évolution remarquable, mais elle reste en deçà du niveau requis.
