this is due to the weakness of the religious distributor and the growing alarming physical sense of some.

here, the importance of the topic is evident in that it is closely related to the rules of religion, on the one hand, or to criminal practices with which it is closely linked to the formation of rituals of magic and sorcery.

this legal study of the effectiveness of Algerian legislation's criminal policy is based on an analysis of the texts that have been drafted, through an analysis of the legal provisions and the possibility that they contain this crime, especially in the absence of explicit legal provisions criminalizing such acts, as opposed to the existence of the grounds for criminalization, namely the protection of the entity and the feeling of the human person against any attack.
