Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the mechanisms for promoting national values, democratic practice and citizenship through the contribution of the national observatory of civil society, which the 2020 last constitutional review has granted a prominent position and deemed an important constitutional benefit, represented in the creation of the constitutional advisory body related to the national observatory of civil society and set up by the president of the republic on December 29, 2021, which takes charge of providing opinions and recommendations that concern the civil society’s preoccupations, in addition to its basic participation of consolidating democratic development, supplying the necessary conditions to deepen the democratic practice and to enhance national values and citizenship.
