تحظى البيانات الحساسة بموجب أحكام القانون 18-07 المتعلق بحماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي بحماية خاصة تبررها طبيعة المخاطر التي قد تنجر عن إساءة استخدامها من جهة، و بالنظر لتأثير هذه المخاطر على خصوصية الأفراد و حقوقهم وحرياتهم من جهة أخرى، لا سيما في ظل التطور الهائل في أساليب معالجة البيانات، و تكمن مظاهر خصوصية حماية هذه البيانات في تنظيم معالجتها، غير أن التساؤل الذي يطرح في هذا الصدد يتمحور حول ما إذا كانت جميع البيانات الواردة ضمن مواد القانون 18-07 تعتبر بيانات حساسة وفيما إذا كانت هذه البيانات ذات الطبيعة الخاصة تخضع للمعالجة؟ Sensitive data according to the act 18/

07 about the protection of personal data receive special attention justified by the nature of risks that could lead to their misuse on the one hand, and on other hands considering the effect of these risks on the individuals privacy, their rights, and their freedoms Especially with the development of data processing methods, and manifestations of the privacy in data protection are evident in the organization of their processing, but the question here is what if all the data contained include the act 18/07 are considered to be sensitive? And if these privacy data processed?
