Abstract EN

The study aimed to build and standardize the national affiliation scale for sixth graders during the academic year (2018-2019) ; to provide researchers in the field of curricula, pedagogy, social studies, and educational psychology with appropriate standards ; to measure the values of national affiliation, the final picture of the scale was reached, which consisted of (30) value positions distributed into (5) values, which are : (loyalty to the homeland, preservation of national identity, preservation of public property, a sense of responsibility towards the homeland, and sacrifice for the sake of the scale was applied to a sample of (180) male and female students of the sixth grade of primary school, with an average age of (11.07) years, and a standard deviation of (0.86).

this indicates the validity of the scale factors in measuring what they were set to measure, and the items of the scale achieved discriminatory sincerity at confidence levels (0.95% - 0.99%), meaning that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the two groups of students, high and low in the values of national affiliation.
