Abstract EN

The research aims to learn about the role of the (Rawdati) platform in early childhood children acquiring some social skills in the light of the coronavirus pandemic.

the sample consisted of the)209(children of the preliminary stage and their mothers, their (40) teachers for the preliminary stage, the research followed the prescriptive curriculum and used two tools to identify the teacher's educational practices used by the platform (non-verbal communication, social interaction and collaboration) for children from the teacher's point of view, and the following social skills card for children: (non-verbal communication, social interaction and collaboration) of the (Rawdati) platform from the point of view of mothers.

the data were analysed using averages of calculation and standard deviations.

the results resulted in teachers of the preparatory stage of pedagogical practices of the (Rawdati) platform, which supports the development of the following social skills: (non-verbal communication, social interaction, and collaboration), also found that there was a disparity in children's acquisition of social skills at the (Rawdati) platform, the non-verbal communication skill was ranked first, followed by social interaction skill in second place, and cooperation skill came last.
