Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the impact of economic diversification indicators on foreign direct investment in some African countries during the period 2000-2020 in Algeria, Libya and Egypt.

By addressing the theoretical concepts of both economic diversification and foreign direct investment, And using the method of analysing the basic compounds to analyse the relationship between the variables of the study, in addition to studying the static panel to find out the relationship between the variables under study during the period from 2000 to 2020, The study concluded that there is an impact of economic diversification indicators on foreign direct investment in Algeria, Libya and Egypt during the period under study, This is due to the fact that the policy of economic diversification aims to form projects in the agricultural and industrial sectors, and thus attract capital to and from the country
