Abstract EN

This research paper aims to evaluate the women's experience in the field of entrepreneurship by detecting various challenges that women face in general when setting up a small or medium enterprise, and which may reduce chances of their joining the world of work, and this to be able to determine the size of the impact of employment women in economic life on their future development.

The Algerian woman was able to show her distinction in various fields of development.

This made her transcend the limits ruled by societal customs and traditions, by entering the world of entrepreneurship.

Despite all the challenges she faces in order to achieve her ambitions, she attempts to strengthen her role as an essential element in building the economic community and achieving economic development.

Accordingly, the most important result, there are many challenges can prevent Algerian women to achieve this ambition, especially the financing aspect.
