The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of dynamic capabilities in its four dimensions: sensing capabilities, learning capabilities, integration and coordination capabilities, and reconfiguration capabilities on the performance of small and medium companies, with innovative performance as an intermediary role.

The study concluded that there is a positive effect of sensing capabilities and resource reconfiguration on innovation performance, and a strong positive impact of innovation performance on performance, as well as a relationship of indirect influence of detection capabilities and reconfiguration capabilities on performance with the presence of innovative performance as an intermediary role, and the ence of a direct influence relationship with the dimensions of the capabilities of the four dynamics on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Hence, the study recommends the need to pay attention to developing appropriate strategies and putting them into practice to achieve integration and coordination and improve their learning abilities in a way that improves performance and innovative performance
