Abstract EN

This research studies a negative phenomenon that has spread widely in the public speech; it is the issue of arguing about sharia rulings and jurisprudential differences without knowledge or rooting, especially in some occasions, in which the debate becomes intense and sometimes reaches contention.

the research aims to diagnose the causes of this phenomenon and to suggest some solutions to reduce it, and to show the necessity of activating the religion at all times and circumstances, not in specific occasions.

it also aims to encourage acceptance of the violator and renounce sectarian fanaticism, and to remind the prohibition of issuing fatwas without knowledge, and the necessity of investigation and checking of sharia rulings.

among the most important results of the research is that the phenomenon of the common people talking in sharia issues has increased in recent period, especially with social media.

it has several reasons, such: ignorance the principles of fatwas and lack of fear its consequences, as well as intolerance of some jurisprudential and intellectual doctrines.

in order to reduce this phenomenon, we propose preventive solutions, such advising the followers to avoid it by the moderates in the doctrines, and remedial solutions, such activating a punitive mechanism that punishes for spreading of fallacies in religion.
