Youth sports centers in Egypt are considered one of the youth working bodies in the field of sports, and investment projects are considered one of the ways to contribute to the development of resources in youth centers, one of the obstacles for establishing investment projects in youth centers is the potential risks that these projects are exposed to, so this research aims to develop a proposed scenario for managing the risks of investment projects in youth centers.

research sample included two hundred and twenty-seven members of the board of directors, the executive director and the financial director of youth centers who had previous experience in establishing investment projects at youth centers.

data lead to categorizing the risks that the investment project at youth centers faces, determine the best qualitative and quantitative analysis for these risks and concluded a mechanism of risk confrontation and identification the elements of risk management plan for investment projects at youth centers.

the researcher recommended directing the research results to the ministry of youth and sports and the general union of youth centers in Egypt to apply, circulate and benefit from research results in managing investment projects at youth centers.
