Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to analyze and measure the effect of procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior from the point of view of Oum El Bouaghi University professors.

In order for us to achieve the objectives of the study, we chose a sample of 67 individuals, using the comprehensive survey method; accordingly, we have reached the following conclusions: The level of application of procedural justice is average, while the conduct of organizational citizenship is high, with a positive relationship between procedural justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
