Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree to which government school principals practice transformational leadership in al-Qasr district from the teachers’ point of view.

the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (300) public school teachers in al-Qasr district.

the internal consistency by extracting the correlation coefficients between the paragraph and the dimension and between the dimension and the total score on an exploratory sample from the study community and from outside its sample that consisted of (15) male and female teachers.

the results of the study concluded that the degree of transformational leadership practiced by government school principals in al-Qasr district was high, and indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of principals’ practice of transformational leadership due to gender variables, academic qualifications and years of experience.
