Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of psychological combustion in workers with disabilities and the levels of the three dimensions of psychological combustion (emotional stress, dullness of feeling, and lack of sense of achievement) for workers with disabilities in Palestine, as well as to identify the impact of variables (sex, years of experience, job title, area of competence of the institution) in the category of workers with special needs, it was made up of (140) workers with disabilities selected in a simple random sample method.

the psychological combustion measure was used for massachuless after extracting its sincerity and stability.

the study found a set of results, the most important of which was that the degree of psychological combustion among workers with disabilities came to a high degree, and showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological combustion in workers with disabilities due to the gender, years of experience, and the functional name, and recommended improving the living conditions of workers with disabilities by improving the salary scale and activating the incentive system.
