Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the flaws of the application of self school management and from the point of view of the principals of the schools of Beersheba, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was used to suit the nature of this study, where a questionnaire was designed distributed to a sample formed from (29) principals and directors of public schools in Beersheba, and the results of the study showed that the degree of defects applied to self-school management and from the point of view of the principals of beer schools in general came to a high degree, it was also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the average estimates of the study sample members in the parameters of the application of self-school administration and from the point of view of the principals of the beer 7 schools attributable to both the variable (sex, scientific qualification years of experience), and based on the results of the study came up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which was to intensify efforts to increase the financial allocations of self-managed schools in Beersheba, the need to intensify efforts by the community local and support self-managed schools to improve educational outcomes.
