Abstract EN
The name of this research is Contradictions in lawsuits, I explained in it the meaning of contradictions in lawsuits and what is attached to it like contradictory evidences and the like, explaining the ruling of accepting such contradictions judicially, according to the Islamic legislation.
I also expounded on the different types of contradictions and its conditions.
