Hence, we know that the judiciary is of great importance, and it is one of the most honorable and best of sciences, and the most important and most useful tasks by which it makes clear what is permissible and what is forbidden, and by it it is fair between people and preserves the rights of God and the rights of all His servants.

And they established justice among the people, then followed them, then followed the followers and those who followed them to this day.

It became clear from the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and the work of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, the status of the judiciary in the religion.

The one who looks at the judiciary and arbitration will find that one of its most important fruits is the judicial ruling and the implementation of this ruling.

It has conditions that must be met in order for it to be valid, enforceable and actable.
