Algeria has witnessed during the recent period a change affecting the media sector through its restructuring and keeping pace with technological developments and the organization of electronic media.

Through research, it became clear to us that decree no 332-20 was mentioned including how to practice electronic media activity by defining the concepts and conditions for practicing electronic media, the obligations of those responsible for it, and the penalties incurred in the event of violating its provisions, so that it dealt with all the main axes necessary to organize a profession of media electronic.
