Textbooks are among the most popular means of teaching Arab voices, as they seek to study and teach Arab voices and all related exteriors of recipes and judgments, so that they can help the learner to adjust their pronunciation and refine their verbal, and we have felt that in this paper we should highlight the educational objectives that organized the title of the letters in a book (El Rraia) by Maki Ben Abiy Talib, in order to reveal these goals that Makki worked to present in his book, and could Makki translate them into real educational goals, seeking to answer two important questions: What goals did McKee pursue in terms of qualities? , How was that done? We have reached a number of conclusions that we will present at the end of the research, but it is important to recall some of them: the letter's characteristic is the true mouthfulness of the identity of the letter.

It is the letter's characteristic that differentiates between the common letters in one exit, the knowledge of the strong and weak letters in terms of the qualities and the consequent knowledge of what may and may not be incorporated.
