Abstract EN

Aims of The Survey: l)To identify the impact of the proposed program on Female - Teachers to master diverse teaching techniques.

2) To recognize the effectiveness of proposed program in devel- oping the beliefs of the Female-Teachers OF family Education about the teaching process.

3)To achieve the aim of the survey, a proposed program was con- ducted on a 34- sample of Female-Teachers of Family Education.

The tools of the Survey: Performance Note Card a Scale measuring their beliefs about the teaching process.

The tools were applied before and after.

Results: -on Qatistic level, the average score of Female-Teachers was different at (0.05) level before and after the Performance Note Card was applied which favors posterior application.

-on QatiQic level, the average score of Female - Teachers was different at (0.05) level before and after the application of the Scale measuring their beliefs on teaching which favors the an- terior application.

Recommendation l) The Importance of training Female-Teachers of Family Edu- cation on diverse teaching Strategies to adapt to different learning Styles.

2) Stress the importance of using different Strategies in all edu- cational stages.
