Abstract AR

Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique (PLS-SEM).
The results revealed that LMX, job design and organizational commitment have a direct significant and positive impact on employees' performance.
In addition, the antecedent variables (LMX and job design) indirectly influence employees' performance through the mediation effects of organizational commitment which acts as a partial mediator in this relationship.
