Abstract EN

This research paper addresses the issue of Sharia jurisprudence rulings that were imposed on the people of the Christian community within the Muslim community in the Islamic Maghreb, and at the same time it reveals the extent to which Christians respect these laws as they regulate their affairs by ensuring their rights and performing their duties.

this in addition to clarifying the forms of tolerance and coexistence that Christians enjoyed.

it is not surprising that this is like the finest values in justice and dealing with non-Muslims within the Islamic community.
