Arabic critical research has long been interested in translating and explaining the terms coined by the Swiss linguist Ferdinand De Saussure in his book (general linguistics course); moreover, these terms have appeared in articles and works of Arab criticism; that are either translated or borrowed from the French language, so the translation of terms present a problems in the target language; among these problems are the lack of understanding of these terms in their initial use.

so, in our work we will approach these terms which are a fundamental starting point for linguistic theory, and will try to present solutions that bring together the diaspora of Arab criticism in this area at least.

one of the most important results the localization of the proposed contemporary critical studies to correct the critical system of the field of linguistic theory by Ferdinand De Saussure.
