Abstract EN
The article provides a brief analysis on the establishment and development of international human rights law, beginning with the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, and highlighting its role in combating the atrocious crimes against humanity.
And linking it to the permanent International Criminal Court, which is responsible for monitoring states and punishing individuals for crimes that may be committed against humanity.
Therefore, the article begins with an evaluation of international human rights law, its stages of emergence and developments, and then moves to an analysis of the International Criminal Court and its role in following up and punishing crimes against humanity.

L'article fournit une brève analyse sur l'établissement et le développement du droit international des droits de l'homme, en commençant par l'adoption de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme en 1948, et en soulignant son rôle dans la lutte contre les crimes atroces contre l'humanité.
Et la reliant à la Cour pénale internationale permanente, qui est chargée de surveiller les États et de punir les individus pour les crimes qui peuvent être commis contre l'humanité.
Par conséquent, l'article commence par une évaluation du droit international des droits de l'homme, de ses étapes d'émergence et de son évolution, puis passe à une analyse de la Cour pénale internationale et de son rôle dans le suivi et la répression des crimes contre l'humanité.
