The successive issuance of regulations in general is a positive indicator that indicates the continuity of the development process.

and the new university system comes in this developmental context.

and after studying its good materials, it became clear to the researcher many of the values on which it was built, hence the idea of research, to shed light on those values and materials associated with them, at first the research dealt with the implications of values.

then dealt with the features of values in the new system, which were summarized in: legal reference, normative discipline, assimilation and obligation, applicability and commitment.

then the research dealt with the organizational values included in the new system and then the functional values, and reached a number of results and recommendations that were written in the conclusion.

in this context, the (new university system) comes to update the march of universities, rearrange their papers, and define priorities that were not raised before, especially the investment aspect, and all this within a framework of organizational and functional (values) that earned it strength, durability and an assimilation of reality, to the extent that it makes it shapes the progress of universities in a manner consistent with the educational policies adopted in our blessed country it contributes to the realization of part of the Saudi vision (2030), and in order to demonstrate those values and to interrogate their hidden and implied implications, and to identify their applications.

i prepared a study under the title (values in the new university system), hoping that it would be assimilated to them, revealing their aesthetics and the aesthetics of the system in general, and the reason for choosing the topic is the novelty of the system and its inclusion of unprecedented variables in the university system, and the need to highlight the values on which the system is built in terms of they are indispensable pillars, and it aims to show the (value) picture that the new system included and to show the impact of values in the formation of the materials of the new system, and to know the features and types of values in the new system, and the research found that embracing the vocabulary of values in the new system constitutes a system ethical and practical imbued all the articles of the system.
