the problem of not having children is still a preoccupation for both spouses, and the obstacles to childbearing are among the most important problems that science and scientists have faced in order to put all solutions to it, and hardly a time passes without doctors coming up with new medical techniques to solve the problems of infertility, or infertility however, these techniques often conflict with the rules of religion and behavior.

which leads us to stand on the ruling of these medical technologies and to clarify the position of sharia regarding them the research came in an introduction, a preface, two chapters.
