Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of administrative management in the selection of gifted practitioners of school sport, focusing on the analysis and scrutiny of previous field studies and theory, by highlighting its dimensions to reveal the extent to which sports management contributes to the success of selection processes affecting talented athletes practising individual or collective sports activities within the framework of school sport.

This study concludes that the direct and indirect results of management management in the successful selection process are evidenced by the results of studies directed at analysis and scientific and practical interpretation.
