Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the relationship between mental health and self-esteem among Sports facilities workers for khenchela state, where the study sample included 70 workers who were chosen randomly.

to realize the target of this study a descriptive correlative method is adopted through the use of mental health criterion for the two researchers (El zoubaydi and El hazaa 1997) and the researcher (cooper smith 1967) self-esteem.

The study concluded that the level of mental health is high among Sports facilities workers for khenchela state, and that the level of self-esteem is high for them, and the results revealed a strong correlation and statistical significance between mental health and self-esteem among t Sports facilities workers for khenchela state.
