The study aimed to identify the role of the strategic management of human resources in developing modern sports management, by following the descriptive approach, and relying on a questionnaire form distributed to a sample that included (60) singles that were chosen in a simple random way, and it was concluded that the strategic management of human resources in its various dimensions Related to: (Planning, attracting, choosing, appointing, training and stimulating human resources) has an effective role in developing modern sports management and achieving its strategic goals.
