The world today is concerned with achieving adequate well-being for children, whether they are of unknown parentage or of unknown parentage.

the category of orphans who live in social care institutions is one of the categories of unknown parentage, and therefore they are at risk after graduating from those institutions after they reach the legal age.

therefore, it is necessary to integrate these children are in the community after they have graduated from these institutions, and this can only be achieved by achieving the aftercare of these children; accordingly, the social worker who works with this group must be distinguished by professional creativity to activate the aftercare in order to qualify these children to live far from the institutions that shelter them; therefore, the current research sought to identify the elements of the professional creativity of the social worker as a general practitioner to rehabilitate orphaned children for aftercare in residential institutions, and to identify the obstacles to achieving this; using the questionnaire that was applied to social workers using the social survey method; the study reached several results, the most important of which is that attention should be paid to developing the professional creativity of social workers working with orphans in residential institutions.
